Hi, I’m Cindy, the primary workforce at I.D.E.A. While I’ve filled a wild variety of roles over the years — bridal gown designer, burger flipper, bookkeepper — stumbling into a training role one day last century introduced me to my passion:

I love to learn, and I love to help others learn.

Each project brings fresh subject matter, fresh ideas, and new tools to explore. I welcome every fresh challenge as mystery ingredients in a gourmet recipe.

Any day I learn something new is a good day;
any day I help someone else learn is an even better day.

In boots-on-ground life, my husband and I live in the tiny town of Cove, in Northeastern Oregon’s Grande Ronde Valley. In the land of springtime rainbows and the best sunsets this side of the Bitterroots, we grow gourmet garlic and heirloom veggies on Folly Farm. We also spend a lot of time exploring the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest and Blue Mountains, hunting, fishing, hiking, and soaking up God’s blessings.
